We begin with an honest and gentle exploration of shadow work because the body holds everything the mind has not yet found words for. Your Shadow is your greatest teacher showing you exactly what is ready to be healed. Your Ego is that loud voice listing every reason you cannot do it. And your Light is what blazes forward when you honour them both and rise anyway. This session gives all three a way to speak through colour, shape and line on the page. From that foundation we journey through the seven chakras as an energetic map of what you have been carrying and what you are ready to receive. Beginning at the root and moving all the way up to the crown we breathe out what no longer serves you and breathe in what is truly yours to hold. Each chakra carries its own wisdom and as we move through each one together you release what has been stored there and open space for something new. I guide the whole experience as a meditation so all you need to do is follow the sound of my voice. No art experience is necessary. What lands on your page is not about skill. It is a message from your inner world finding its way out through colour, symbol and line. From that open and activated place we move into the cards. You bring what is sitting heavy or unclear and together we open the space from there. A card is not a prediction. It is a mirror. The image, the colour and the symbols reflect your Shadow, your Ego and your Light back to you so you can finally see what has been quietly shaping your life and what is ready to shift. You leave with a visual map of what has moved through you and a deeper trust in your own inner knowing to carry forward. All you need to bring is textas, pencils or crayons, a sheet of A4 paper and an open heart.
